A central process of virtual organization design relates to how newcomers are assimilated into organizational dynamics. Research on assimilation has traditionally investigated 'serious' contexts. Nonetheless, video games can offer insights such be effectively supported. In this article, I propose look at World Warcraft (WoW) understand individuals successfully integrated online organizations.
